All transfers based on a minimum of two passengers per group however single passengers may be eligible for sole Adult or Concession fare where a departure has met minimum requirements. Please enquire with our Reservations Team regarding specific dates and existing bookings if you require sole transfer rates.

Notes:

  • Pick up from airport NOT Available – Drop off at the airport By Arrangement – $60 Fee applies
  • Transfers not provided to Hugh Gorge, Birthday Water Hole, 8 Mile Creek or Hamilton Downs
  • Shopping is not available, we suggest Coles online and having the food dropped off at your accommodation

– Hotel Pickups begin at 7.00 am

– Hotel Drop-offs are at approx. 2.00 pm

Food Drops:

  • En-route to drop off point – $60 per food drop(box included)
  • Separate drop off at later date – $60 per location. (delivered within 48 hrs)
  • Food Drop access Key – $70 ($50 refund when key is returned)
  • Fuel supplied – Coleman, shellite & methylated spirits on request – fees apply
